Oklahoma City Winnelson, TOTO partner in relief effort Oklahoma City Winnelson and TOTO USA are partnering to make high-performance bathroom fixtures available for more than 2,000 families to help rebuild their homes in the Moore, Shawnee and El Reno areas in Oklahoma that were affected by devastating tornados in May. TOTO provided the fixtures for the humanitarian project and shipped them in mid-November. Oklahoma City Winnelson, a TOTO distributor, is providing long-term storage for the three containers that house the products as well as assistance in distributing them. “WinWholesale and Oklahoma City Winnelson are pleased to partner with TOTO in providing in-kind bathroom-fixture donations to the victims of the horrifi c tornado that struck central Oklahoma last May,” WinWholesale President Jack Johnston said. “Oklahoma City Winnelson has been part of the community for more than 30 years. Ferguson education grant aids students Virginia-based Ferguson has partnered with the Colonial Williamsburg Foundation to fund educational field trips for about 5,300 local fourth graders. Ferguson donated more than $100,000 to the foundation. The field-trip lessons correspond with the Virginia Standards of Learning. The grant covers the cost of admission and transportation to Colonial Williamsburg’s Revolutionar y City for all fourth graders in the Gloucester, Hampton, Newport News, Poquoson and York Co. Public school systems during the 2013-2014 academic year. The foundation preserves, restores and operates Virginia’s 18th-century capital of Williamsburg, Va., as a 21st-century center for history and citizenship. Ferguson also funds Colonial Williamsburg’s electronic field trips, which are Emmy Award-winning live Internet events and TV broadcasts for students in grades 4-8.
