Oriatti is responsible for the company’s HVAC sales efforts throughout the U.S. and South America. • Sarasota, Fla.-based Brook Chase Associates, an executive search firm, recruited MARK FREDERICO as sourcing and materials manager for Eemax. Frederico is responsible for negotiating and maintaining purchasing agreements with key suppliers and maintaining relationships with suppliers. COMPANYNEWS • MORSCO management team members and business-unit leaders recently visited North Carolina to meet with FORTILINE management and welcome them to the MORSCO family. MORSCO recently acquired Fortiline, a major U.S. waterworks distributor. • NIBCO’s Goshen, Ind. Plant has again been approved as a “STAR” participant in the Indiana Voluntary Protection Program. This is the fourth consecutive time the facility has been recognized as a STAR worksite. Approval into VPP status is OSHA’s official recognition of the cooperative relationship between employers and employees to work toward heightened safety and awareness. • RINNAI AMERICA has signed on as a multiyear sponsor of the NASCAR XFINITY Series race at Atlanta Motor Speedway, beginning with the 2017 race in March. The race will be named the Rinnai 250. “Not only will this sponsorship help us continue to drive consumer awareness of Rinnai tankless water heaters, but it also will provide us with a venue to showcase our products and strengthen our relationships with our valuable trade partners,” Rinnai COO FRANK WINDSOR said. • AQUATHERM NORTH AMERICA is preparing to move into a new headquarters and fabrication facility in Lindon, Utah in early 2017. Roughly two miles from the company’s existing building, the 82,000-sq.-ft. building will include office space for corporate staff, engineering and quality-assurance laboratories, extensive warehouse space and a state-of-the-art fabrication facility. • VIEGA hosted a National Manufacturing Day event attended by nearly 200 people at its manufacturing campus in McPherson, Kan. The event featured tours of both manufacturing facilities, including its brand-new MegaPress production facility along with a career fair and lunch.
