For one, Jeff Stouffer’s byline and mug shot no longer accompany the section. Secondly, you’re probably wondering about the name and face that’s taking Stouffer’s place. As you may recall from last month’s Editorial Comment, Stouffer has taken an-other editing positioning within the BNP Media family. And while Jeff leaves be-hind some big shoes to fill, I’m looking forward to getting acquainted with the industry and continuing to provide you, the reader, with the topical and engaging content that has made ICS the leading magazine in the professional carpet cleaning and floor care industries. A little bit about me: I graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in journalism and have experience in newspapers, radio, television and magazines.
