High turn over and a range of age and experience can lead to inconsistent execu ti on of food safety prac ti ces on a daily basis. This interac ti ve roundtable session will focus on sharing of best prac ti ces and strategies for sustainment and maintenance and will apply to those who want to take prac ti cal applica ti ons back to apply to their unique opera ti ons. There is much science, research and emphasis on the “farm to fork” food safety applica ti ons, however, the concentrated e ff orts up stream in the food supply can be negated by improper execu ti on at the retail level.
